English Communication for Tomorrow’s Leaders

The sessions are experiential, activity sessions. The focus is on providing an engaging communication exercise. There are occasional speaking activities given for leisure hours but we don’t like to add to their homework burden.

Professional communication trainers carefully selected and meticulously trained to motivate, encourage and guide impressionable young children. Our internal systems continuously monitor trainer performance and only outstanding trainers continue in the system.

We share grammar, vocabulary and reading material with kids as per their level.

You will start seeing improvement in your child’s communication skills within the first month itself. We recommend continuing with the course for at least 6 months for significant and sustained improvement. If you quit too early, the improvement might reverse.

We speak with the child before assigning him a batch and then, a batch is assigned to him based on his communication skills, age group and preferred time slot.

Exciting activities including story telling, group discussions, topic based arguments, mock celebrity interviews, role play exercises with a lot of speaking, feedback and fun.

Your child will learn by speaking, addressing the group, answering and asking questions, telling stories, and getting feedback on his performance. The high energy classes stimulate the child’s thought process and build confidence to speak to anyone.

No remake sessions are allowed. Your monthly course validity is for 30 days from the start of your classes. A monthly module has 12 classes. If you want a change in your time slot, please contact the Operations Team who will do the required change.

The world that the children of today would operate in will be very different from ours. With increasing automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning, several tasks will be taken over by machines. Several skills that make for great careers today will get obsolete just like typing, shorthand did for us, and sword fighting and fire building did much earlier. Several other skills, on the other hand, will become extremely important. Communication would be one of them.

Smart parents understand this and get started with training their children in communication pretty early on. The best time to start communication training is the age of 6-7, once the kid builds enough skills to follow instructions and focus.

Short answer – put him in a group of children his age and let him have fun. Smart answer – a structured program designed to trigger the kid’s natural creativity in a fun, friendly environment that gives him space to freely express himself, learn from his peers and be gently guided to expand his horizons with the right tools and techniques. 

Confidence comes from communicating right. And right communication comes from making a lot of mistakes. To grow confident, the child needs the space to make a lot of mistakes in a non-threatening, non-judgemental environment while being softly steered towards the right direction.
