  • Live video sessions:  40 minutes each, thrice days a week. 24 sessions in two months.

  • Live class activity: Guided practices, discussions, and various mindfulness exercises
  • Live class feedback: Focus on observations, Highlight strengths and progress, Express appreciation
  • Study material and Audio lessons: Read, listen, practice and build your mindfulness practices.
  • Enhanced self-awareness through performing mindfulness practices regularly.
